Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges is Nil above Rs. 2000/- Order
Zone 1 : within West Bengal – Within 2-3 Days
Zone 2 : East Zone, Central India – Within 4-5 Days
Zone 3 : West Zone, South Zone– Within 6-8 Days
Zone 4 : North Zone , North East Zone – Within 7-10 Days
In-store pickup
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yes@mftretails.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
